These terms govern access to and use of the ReCircle marketplace. Registered users must provide accurate company, compliance and trading information and keep that information current.
Marketplace participation
Access to trading functions may depend on verification, accreditation and approval of supporting documents. ReCircle may suspend access where information is incomplete, inaccurate or no longer valid.
Listings and bids
Sellers are responsible for accurate material descriptions, quantities, specifications and availability. Bids are subject to the conditions shown for the relevant auction and may require an approved guarantee or deposit.
Payments
Payment functions become available only when an approved payment provider is enabled for the relevant transaction. Provider-specific terms may also apply.
Data and records
ReCircle maintains transaction, audit and compliance records to operate the marketplace, meet regulatory obligations and resolve disputes.
